A message from our MP

The Prime Minister has announced a road map for how and when the UK will adjust its response to the COVID-19 crisis.This plan seeks to return life to as close to normal as possible, for as many people as possible, as fast and fairly as possible, in a way that is safe and continues to protect our NHS.

I'm really proud of the great Norfolk spirit and how we have pulled together during this time.

Earlier his month marked 10 years since I was elected to be MP for South West Norfolk. It has been an absolute honour to serve this vibrant, spirited and beautiful constituency for the last decade. Here's a pic from the campaign Matt Hancock and I ran in 2010 to dual the A11...#timeflies #10yearson

For those parents who are home-schooling there are free resources available via Norfolk County Council
If those in the gypsy or traveller community need to self-isolate there is guidance and tips to help.

Virtual Meeting of Upwell Parish Council May 2020 Monday 1st June 7pm

We are unable to meet in person at the village hall due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. We will be holding a virtual meeting via Zoom on Monday 1st June at 7pm to discuss urgent matters which need a council decision. The agenda will not be the usual. The public is able to attend. Please find below a 'How to' document to help download Zoom on a computer or smart device and two invitations. Due to technical restraints we are limited to 40 minutes per meeting so there is a second meeting ID for if we over spill.
