Latest News

We know that Covid-19 may be having a negative impact on people’s mental health and Norfolk County Council has launched a resources page to help people to manage and maintain their mental wellbeing during this time. For anyone struggling with housing, finances, job loss, and relationships, help and support can be found here: https://www.norfolk.gov.uk/care-support-and-health/health-and-wellbeing/adults-health/mental-health/mental-wellbeing

Mental health helpline

‘First Response’, a freephone 24/7 mental health helpline has also been launched to provide reassurance, self-help advice, and to signpost to support. The service, which is being offered by the Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust, aims to help people to manage their mental health during Covid-19. The helpline is

being made available to people of all ages, and once people

are connected they will be put through to a mental health

practitioner who will offer advice and support. Please do

promote the helpline: the number is 0808 196 3494.
